Day 01: Arrival in Chennai
Arrive in Chennai, the capital city of Tamil Nadu and gateway of South India. On arrival at Chennai Airport, South India Travel Tourism representative will greet and transfer you to the prearranged hotel. Freshen up and relax. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 02: Chennai
Take breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy sightseeing tour of Chennai visiting Fort St George, St Mary’s Church, Sri Parthasarathy Temple, Shri Kapaleswarar Temple and St Thomas Cathedral Basilica. Relax at Marina Beach in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 03 : Chennai – Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram
Take hearty breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mahabalipuram en route stopping at Kanchipuram to see magnificent temples. Reach Mahabalipuram. Check in at the hotel. Visit the Shore Temple, Rock Cut Temples and other attractions. Relax at beach. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 04 : Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry
Take breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Pondicherry. Check in at the hotel. Visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville and other attractions of Pondicherry. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 05: Pondicherry – Chidambaram – Tanjore
Have your breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tanjore en route visiting famous Natraja Temple at Chidambaram. On arrival in Tanjore, South India Travel Tourism representative will transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 06 : Tanjore – Trichy
Take breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for sightseeing tour of Tanjore seeing Brihadeswara Temple, Art Gallery, Mahal, Library and Tanjore Palace. Drive to Trichy; arrive and check in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 07: Trichy – Madurai
Take breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy sightseeing tour of Trichy seeing Rock Fort Temple, and other attractions. Later drive to Madurai. On arrival in Madurai, check in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Visit the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple. See its magnificent soaring gopurams. Witness Aarti Ceremony at temple complex in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 08 : Madurai – Chennai – Departure
Have your breakfast at the hotel. On time South India Travel Tourism representative will transfer you to Chennai Airport to board flight for onward journey. Tour ends.
