Day 01: Cochin – Alleppey
In the morning arrive in Cochin - the Queen of Arabian Sea - the commercial
capital of Kerala. On arrival, South India Travel Tourism representative
will greet and transfer you to Alleppey - the Venice of the East. Check
in at the hotel. Enjoy beauty of backwaters. Dinner and overnight stay
will be at the hotel.
Day 02 : Alleppey – Kumarakom
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Kumarakom. On
arrival, check in at the hotel. Relax. Enjoy scenic surroundings. In the
evening enjoy boat cruise on Vembanad Lake. Dinner and overnight stay
will be at the hotel.
Day 03 : Kumarakom – Periyar
After breakfast drive to Periyar. Arrive Periyar, check in at hotel and
relax. Enjoy boat ride on Periyar Lake in the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary
& National Park. Enjoy birding and wildlife viewing. Dinner and overnight
stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04 : Periyar – Munnar
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Munnar - a picturesque
hill station in Kerala and fondly known as the Kashmir of South. On arrival
in Munnar, check in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Go for stroll
in tea gardens. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05 : Munnar
Have your breakfast at the hotel. Explore the serene and scenic charm
of Munnar hill station exploring its attractions. Explore exotic wildlife
and visit to Eravikulam National Park and Mattupetty. Spend rest of the
day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Munnar – Cochin
Have your breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Cochin. On arrival, check in
at the hotel. Relax. Visit the Bolghatty Island and Bolghatty Palace.
Other attractions to see include Mattancherry Dutch Palace, St Francis
Church, Jewish Synagogue, Jew Street, Spice Market, Fort Kochi, etc. See
spectacular sunset at harbor and also see the Chinese Fishing Nets. Dinner
and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07 : Cochin – Departure
You will be transferred to Cochin Airport or Railway station for onward
journey with sweet memories of Glimpse of Kerala, God’s Own Country.
